The bed in our room was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night. Shower pressure was excellent, making for a refreshing experience. I loved the surrounding gardens. they are beautifully maintained and offer a peaceful retreat. The dining options were enjoyable, especially breakfast which featured a variety of tasty choices.
The absence of a mini fridge in the room was surprising for a hotel of this caliber.

this hotel definitely had potential, but alas, it was derailed by filthy walls and dilapidated elevators. i almost thought of writing a glowing review, until i endured the unbearably slow service that made me consider dining elsewhere. not to mention that a complimentary upgrade would have been a nice touch amidst the chaos, or maybe just a clean hairdryer.
